MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT - The LinkedIn Postings must be used for business purposes only and in accordance with JPRN's policies and procedures, as amended from time to time. JPRN may remove members from the LinkedIn membership for violating this agreement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY - JPRN will not be held liable for the actions of any of its members. If you do not accept this limitation, do not use or post to any JPRN LinkedIn Postings. JPRN does not take responsibility for an individual’s actions on the LinkedIn Postings accordingly, all subscribers must accept responsibility for their own acts. As a further condition to participation in any JPRN LinkedIn Postings, all participants must agree as follows:

You agree that JPRN will not be responsible to you for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages or losses you may incur in connection with our LinkedIn Postings or any of the data or other materials transmitted through or residing on our LinkedIn Postings even if JPRN has been advised of the possibility of such damage or loss. In addition, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless JPRN, its officers,  agents and representatives from and against any and all actions, claims, proceedings damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, at your sole cost and expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or in connection with any acts or omissions by you or materials or information transmitted by you in connection with our LinkedIn Postings leading wholly or partially to claims against JPRN its officers, or agents or our LinkedIn Postings by other users or third parties.

CHOICE OF LAW - Our LinkedIn Postings can be reached by subscribers from all fifty states, and around the world. Each of these places has a different set of laws. However, JPRN centers its activities in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania greater metropolitan area and accordingly you agree that the law of Pennsylvania in the United States of America will apply to all matters relating to this Agreement and to our LinkedIn Postings. In addition, you agree and consent that if there is ever any legal action against or involving JPRN the state and federal courts of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, USA, will have exclusive jurisdiction and be the exclusive venue for any such legal actions.
